Social & Therapeutic Growing
Social gardening uses growing as a way to bring people together. You don’t need to be a gardener — it’s about getting outdoors, doing something practical, and enjoying the time spent together.
We work with schools, care settings, community groups, and rehabilitation programmes around Sligo and the Northwest, bringing growing into places where it can make a real difference. A few plants, some soil, and a shared task often lead to conversation, confidence, and some good times.
It’s hands-on, straightforward, and often great fun. We also offer seasonal advice, task direction and support for existing projects.
If you have an idea for your family, school or community, let us know and we’ll help you find a space to grow.
